Shipping Policy
1. After your payment has cleared, your item(s) will be shipped out within 1-3 working days. If there is a certificate accompanying the gemstone, it may take a couple of days longer.
2. Shipping Charges depend on each case and are clearly mentioned in the Ebay listings.

Economy Shipping (Registered Mail - Insured, Traceable): $10
Standard Shipping (EMS Express Mail - Insured, Traceable): $20
Free Standard Shipping is provided for all orders over $200 in value

Returns
1. Any item may be returned for a FULL REFUND within 30 days of receipt. There is NO restocking fee.
